Payment, Order Placement & Cancellations:

We charge in USD and begin processing orders upon receiving full payment. Cancellation charges apply, increasing with time after order placement.

Design Orders:

No reimbursements or credits for design service orders. Once placed, design orders are final.

Sales Tax Policy:

Sales tax is charged on orders from Texas. Tax-exempt customers must provide certificates during order placement.

Customer Submitted Artwork & Files:

Submit files in CMYK format with 300 DPI resolution. We are not responsible for distortion in converting files to CMYK.

Client Sample Policy:

Samples sent for production may be damaged during processing. The company is not liable for any losses.

Proofs and Color Accuracy:

Review proofs thoroughly before approval. We are not responsible for color variations from the original file due to printing limitations.

No Liability for Errors:

RBS PRINT is not responsible for errors in the final product due to font, grammar, spelling, or overprinting mistakes.

Over-runs/Under-runs:

We deliver the exact quantity ordered and may include a small surplus. Under-runs will be billed for the quantity received.

Speed of Production, Order Delivery & Shipping:

Turnaround time begins after receiving proof approval and full payment. RBS PRINT is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. Shipping charges apply, and we are not responsible for damage during transit.

Changes in Terms & Conditions & Our Website:

Termination of Storage:

We may terminate storage and require removal of goods with advance notice. Customer is responsible for payment and removal within the stated period.
