Standard Return Time:

Customers can request a refund through our website within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The returned items must be unopened and undamaged. Non-compliant returns will be rejected and sent back to the original address. RBS PRINT offers customized products and services based on client requests. Customers are advised to notify the company if the delivered products do not meet their criteria, specifications, or are damaged. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy:

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within three working days after delivery. Inspection of received items is the customer’s responsibility within the specified timeframe. Minor scratches and discoloration, considered natural wear and tear, are not covered.

Costs of Return Shipping:

No monetary refunds are provided. If the product error is on the company’s side, a free reprint will be offered. Custom Boxes’ management determines defects. If the error is on the client’s end and they still desire a refund, they must return the printed job, and a chargeback will be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:
